Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker and have experience providing individual psychotherapy with various populations from children to older adults who are experiencing concerns that include addiction, anger management, anxiety, attention deficit/hyperactive disorder (ADHD), depression, dual diagnosis, grief/ loss, parenting, self-esteem, self-harming, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation/crisis, and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take an integrative approached to treatment that is compassion focused, humanistic, and person-centered. Depending on where the client is at, I may employ psychoeducation and motivational interviewing, or I may utilize concepts from shadow work or parts work. I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and hold a certificate of specialty in advanced alcohol and drug counseling.

What you can expect from our first session

It is my intention that a client working with me feels that their story is witnessed with nonjudgement even that which is thought to be un-sharable. I encourage self-empowerment where there is a collaboration to recover the gold of your true self.
