I have worked in the helping field for 30 years. I am currently offering Telemental Health Therapy services to adults. I am a good listener and able to help people redirect their life and feel better about themselves. I have worked with the elderly and their families in regards to assessments and helping with decisions on care. I have also worked with parents and children in special education. I am passionate about working with people and look forward to helping clients with their challenges.

My approach to therapy

I am open, and warm, I can be direct, I use cognative therapy and other modalities to help clients gain insight. I am intuitive and can help clairify feelings. I can provide tools to help in the Therapy process.
