Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Tara, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience in the profession. I’ve primarily worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Healing can feel overwhelming and seeking help can be one of the hardest parts of beginning a healing journey; so congratulations on taking that step!

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space. I utilize a person-centered and strengths based approach to help you heal and grow. You are the expert on your own life; my role is to walk alongside as a guide and provide tools and support.

What you can expect from me

I like to begin with an introductory session, where you will have the opportunity to share your story and what your goals are for therapy. From there, we’ll work collaboratively towards achieving your goals.
