Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience as a therapist, I specialize in working with adults facing a range of challenges, including substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, personality disorders, and occupational stress. I’ve spent much of my career supporting individuals and families in both outpatient and residential treatment settings, and I have experience working with professionals in high-stress environments—particularly in the healthcare sector.

My approach to therapy

My style is open, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership—one where you feel safe to be vulnerable, explore difficult emotions, and take steady steps toward growth.

I use an eclectic and individualized approach, drawing from evidence-based practices such as:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – to explore how thoughts influence feelings and behaviors

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) – to help reframe beliefs that may be holding you back

Mindfulness-based techniques – to support regulation, presence, and peace of mind.

My practice is characterized by an open-minded and non-judgmental perspective, combined with empathy and a trauma-centered approach.

What you can expect from me

Our first few sessions will focus on getting to know you—your goals, values, and what brings you to therapy. From there, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan that meets your needs, whether that’s improving mood, healing from trauma, reducing stress, or finding a better work-life balance. I aim to provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore the parts of yourself that feel stuck or overwhelmed—and move toward authenticity, vulnerability, and emotional clarity.
