Great to meet you!

Therapy with me is real, honest, and focused on helping you actually move forward—not just talk in circles.

I specialize in trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression, and I understand how easy it is to feel stuck in patterns that are hard to break. You won’t get judgment here—but you also won’t get surface-level therapy.

I show up as a real person in the room, which means you’ll get compassion, honesty, and support, along with gentle challenge when it’s needed. This is a space where you can be yourself while also doing meaningful work that leads to real change.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to start—just a willingness to show up.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy.

I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing, but I focus on what actually works in real life—not just theory. We’ll look at how your past experiences, thought patterns, and coping strategies are shaping your present, and then build tools to help you move forward.

I work at a pace that feels safe, especially when it comes to trauma and addiction, while still helping you make meaningful progress. I’ll meet you where you are—without judgment—but I’ll also support you in challenging the patterns that are keeping you stuck.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space to start talking about what’s been going on and what you’re wanting to change. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I’ll ask some questions to understand your experience, but it will feel like a conversation. We’ll also begin to identify what you want out of therapy and what moving forward could look like.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of what working together would be like.
