Great to meet you!

I have worked in the field of mental health and addiction for 17 years, with experience across a wide range of settings including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, correctional facilities, and outpatient care. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC), and Certified Meditation Teacher, and I value a holistic, integrative approach to healing. My work is relational and trauma-informed, and I specialize in helping adults feel empowered and confident, break free from codependent patterns, and transform family and relationship challenges. My ideal clients are those who are willing to do the deep work and are ready to create meaningful transformation in order to live the life they truly deserve. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are curious, reflective, and eager to explore the rich complexity of what it means to be human—those who are ready to courageously step into their most authentic and aligned selves.

My approach to therapy

Using a compassionate, relational approach, I help clients cultivate deep, lasting self-worth, internal safety, and confidence—rather than relying on external validation or the pursuit of happiness outside themselves. I support individuals in improving relationships and gaining insight into patterns that may stem from trauma, family dynamics, or attachment ruptures. Together, we work to break unhelpful cycles, strengthen self-care, build sustainable self-esteem, and develop healthy, effective ways to navigate personal and everyday challenges.

My style is genuine, candid, empathic, and gently challenging, allowing space for meaningful growth and transformation. My down-to-earth nature fosters a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. I value integrative care and thoughtfully incorporate holistic modalities such as mindfulness practices, breathwork, meditation, and energy-based approaches when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel deeply seen and heard from the very first session, as I am known for having a warm, welcoming presence that helps ease anxiety and nervousness. Our initial session is a space to slow down, feel safe, and begin building trust. I will take time to get to know your background and what has brought you to therapy at this point in your life. Together, we will clarify what isn’t working, what you want to change, and what you hope to feel or experience differently moving forward.
