Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. My background includes treating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, and substance-related concerns using evidence-based approaches such as DBT, CBT, trauma-informed care, and skills-based therapy. I also incorporate creative, mindfulness-based, and developmentally appropriate interventions to help clients build practical coping skills and resilience across the lifespan.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and skills-based. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness to help clients better understand their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I focus on building practical coping skills, emotional regulation, and resilience while meeting each client where they are and moving at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, your concerns, and what you hope to get out of therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history and current stressors, while also making space for you to ask questions and share at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and next steps so you leave with a clearer sense of direction and support.
