Great to meet you!

My experience has been most involved with late teens, young adults and families. I do have training and further education in Trauma, Parent and Child relationship, play therapy and sand tray therapy techniques. I am always learning and attentnding to gain further knowledge and experience with in the field. It is my opinion that more than the technique, the connection and therapeutic alliance is the most important, and greatest indicator of success for the client.

My approach to therapy

I truly believe that an open mind is key to success in therapy. That applies to the therapist as well, as such, I tailor my therapeutic methods to the client, and do feel a strong theoretical orientation with in the person centered lense, and pulling from other orientations including adlerian, jungian, psycho analytical and humanistic approach.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to have every session with the outcome of empowerment and increased courage and feeling of acceptance, that each day after is more manageable.
