Great to meet you!

Everyone else thinks you’re doing fine. You know you’re not.

I work with women who have lost themselves in emotionally unhealthy relationships and first responders carrying the weight of chronic stress and trauma. Many of my clients are insightful, capable people who have tried to “think their way through” anxiety, overthinking, burnout, or relationship patterns—but something still isn’t changing.

Using EMDR alongside CBT and parts-based approaches, we move beyond insight and work toward lasting change at the level where those patterns were formed.

My approach to therapy

Therapy isn’t just about talking through problems—it’s about understanding why they keep happening and creating meaningful change.

Many emotional patterns are rooted in experiences that haven’t been fully processed. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck while building practical skills for today. Using EMDR, CBT, and parts-based therapy, we’ll work to reduce anxiety, heal trauma, strengthen self-trust, and help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

If you’re looking for a more focused approach, EMDR Intensives are also available.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about understanding your story—not judging it.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’ve already tried, and what you’d like life to look like when things start to feel different. Together, we’ll create clear goals and a treatment plan that fits your needs. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start therapy. When you’re ready, I’ll be here, and we’ll work through it together.
