I completed my Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Rush University in 2021 and have worked both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. My passion is building relationships with individuals and seeing them thrive in the community.

I've completed additional training through the Integrative Psychiatric Institute to learn integrative health options to have additional options to support people and am willing to talk things through to find the right treatment plan for you.

I've been a part of Haelen Mental Health since 2023 and am glad to provide virtual care to the Wisconsin tri-state area along with virtual care in Colorado.

My approach to mental health care is a combination of traditional psychiatry and integrative health practices, exploring lifestyle medicine, diet and how habits can play into your mentall wellbeing. I have completed additional education in integrative psychiatric practices and am open to discuss the use of supplements as well as psychiatric medications to support depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD or ADHD. Our office provides options for treatment resistant depression, called Spravato which is available after meeting certain criteria. Providing in person and virtual care in southwestern Wisconsin/southeastern Minnesota area.
