Great to meet you!

Creating boundaries and recognizing the roles we play in our relationships can help to reframe what our emotional needs are. Often our responses and strong feelings or reactions are simply our needs not being met. We do the best we can with the tools we have, and forgiving your former self for tools you didn't have. I like to work with you collaboratively. Thank you for visiting this page in curiosity of seeking therapy, or working out a difficult shift in your life. Here’s a little about me and how I practice therapy: Cultivating your mind to think differently comes with practice.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping my clients have a safe space to process their lived experiences. Oftentimes people don’t seek therapy until they get to a place where they are sick and tired of being sick and tired. Seeing repeated patterns, realizing some relationships are unhealthy. Realizing this can actually save a relationship with yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

A little personal details about myself, I love incorporating creative outlets and music into therapy. I bring psycho-education in to help you better understand yourself. I own 2 dogs and 2 cats, and believe animals can help heal. I've been practicing for 10 years. Please contact me for services, my resume, a consultation or any questions. (714) 386-9437
