Great to meet you!

Welcome! Are anxiety, burnout, or family stress keeping you up at night? Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone! Finding a therapist can be daunting as there are so many things to consider. I have 20 years of experience in the mental health field helping children, adults and their families overcome a variety of challenges, from family conflict and general stress to more formal diagnoses of depression, anxiety and ADHD. Specializing in CBT and solution-focused interventions, I meet you where you want to begin and let you guide this process!

I am well-versed in the NJ Children's System of Care and the Child and Family Team approach/model. I have provided in-community services, parent coaching and needs assessments for the last 19 years, working closely with child study teams and other treatment providers. I also have extensive inpatient crisis experience with both adolescents and adults.

If you're ready to explore how to improve your life and well-being, feel free to reach out to schedule a free 15 minute consult to see if we may be a good fit.
