With years of experience in trauma recovery and OCD treatment, Tara Robin, LPC is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care. She utilizes the latest evidence-based practices to support your journey towards healing and wellness.

Tara is a certified EMDR therapist and is also trained in Exposure Response Prevention the Golden Standard for treating OCD. Tara is also a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. Additionally, she is a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC).

My approach to therapy

I work with clients who may be struggling with OCD, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD or just dealing with difficult life situations.

During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. I use an integrative approach to assist clients in navigating difficult periods in their lives.
