Great to meet you!

My background includes years of work in social services, including community mental health, CPS, and probation, where I’ve served as both a probation officer and mental healthcare provider. Most recently, I’ve worked as a clinical therapist in Pediatric Palliative Care, supporting parents through chronic medical complexities, end-of-life decisions, and grief. These experiences shape how we work together, with a deeper understanding of how life’s hardest moments impact the whole person.

My approach to therapy

I bring a holistic and grounded perspective into our work, focusing not just on what you’re going through, but how it’s affecting you day to day. I have experience supporting clients through grief and bereavement, as well as working with challenging and sometimes harmful behaviors in both youth and adults. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to work through difficult experiences.

What you can expect from me

I approach therapy with curiosity and collaboration, because you are the expert on your own life. As we get to know you more deeply, we can begin to make sense of your experiences and identify what will help you move forward. I’ll walk alongside you, offering guidance, thoughtful questions, and support. From the first session, we’ll keep things relaxed and move at your pace so you can feel comfortable just being yourself.
