I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience providing direct, evidence-based therapy to individuals across the lifespan. My clinical background spans children, adolescents, adults, and families with diverse behavioral health needs, trauma histories, developmental differences, and complex diagnoses.
I’ve had the privilege of working in integrated behavioral health, public school systems, autism and neurodevelopmental care centers, and private practice settings. Across each environment, I bring a trauma informed, relationship centered approach focused on safety, collaboration, and meaningful progress.
I’m passionate about helping individuals build resilience, develop healthier patterns, and move toward positive change, while offering steady, compassionate support to every population I serve.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and client-centered. I prioritize creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I believe each person is the expert in their own lived experience, and I work alongside clients to understand their unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based practices with a holistic lens, recognizing the connection between mind, body, and environment. Treatment is always individualized, flexible, and guided by the client’s pace.
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, supportive environment. We’ll review what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and talk about what you’re hoping to gain from the process. I’ll also explain confidentiality, answer any questions you may have, and review how therapy works. There is no pressure to share more than you feel ready to, my goal is for you to feel safe, heard, and supported.
