Great to meet you!

I am licensed in Tennessee with over 15 years of professional work experience with family therapy. I have experience in helping clients with stress, depression, anxiety, family conflicts, bipolar disorder, parenting skills and more.

Life, as we know it now, has come with an increase in challenges that don't care what your skin tone, income status, education, and good looks. The things that can cause mental health challenges, in my opinion, are genetics, environment, and experiences.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My strategy is to get to know who you are and what has happened to your life that has gotten you to this roadblock. I am big on education and helping you to understand the dynamics affecting mind and body to equip you with the necessary tools to take the reins in controlling your response to stress and take back your life.

What you can expect from me

Keep it real! Listen, not being truthful is not going to offend me and definitely won't help you. I will meet you where you are, but my goal it to help facilitate and equip you with the tools needed to help you feel better. Clients should expect to come ready to learn more about themselves, their mind, their body, and the experiences in their life that has happened to get this to this point.

Welcome to your new safe space!
