Hello! I am an LICSW (in NH, MA and ND) with over ten years experience in the field. I am certified in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Financial Social Work. I offer sessions remotely or at my office located in Epping, NH.

I typically take a cognitive-behavioral approach but am also psychoanalytically trained through my educational background at Smith College School for Social Work. Ultimately, I am here to support you with meeting your goals so your life is the way you would like it to be.
