Great to meet you!

You don’t have to keep surviving the same story.

Maybe you’re the person who looks like you have it together on the outside, but internally you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, depressed, or like you’re constantly fighting your own mind. Maybe you’ve spent years taking care of everyone else while ignoring your own needs. Maybe your childhood shaped you in ways you’re only beginning to understand. Maybe you grew up in a home affected by addiction, emotional unpredictability, trauma, or having to become “the responsible one” too soon.

I work with people who are ready to stop just managing their symptoms and start understanding themselves on a deeper level.

My clients often come to me feeling stuck in cycles of depression, intense emotions, relationship struggles, shame, people-pleasing, perfectionism, codependency, or difficulty trusting themselves. I especially enjoy working with individuals navigating trauma, complex family dynamics, bipolar disorder, emotional regulation struggles, and the lasting impact of growing up in chaotic or unhealthy environments.

Therapy with me is honest, compassionate, and practical. I believe healing happens when we stop judging ourselves for the ways we learned to survive and start building healthier ways to live. We will explore where your patterns came from, how your nervous system learned to protect you, and how to create meaningful change without losing the parts of yourself that make you unique.

If you are tired of repeating old patterns, carrying pain that no one else can see, or feeling like you are “too much” or “not enough,” I would be honored to walk alongside you.

You don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode. There is a way forward.

My approach to therapy

I bring warmth, humor, and authenticity into the therapy room. I’m not the therapist who expects you to show up perfectly put together. Life is messy. Healing is messy. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.

My approach integrates trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, parts work, and relational approaches to help you process the past, understand yourself better, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.

What you can expect from me

As we work together, you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your strengths, and your challenges. Through our sessions, you'll develop practical tools and strategies to manage stress, build resilience, and cultivate meaningful relationships. You'll leave each session feeling heard, validated, and empowered to take small steps towards big changes. Together, we'll tackle tough topics with compassion and humor, and you'll walk away with a renewed sense of hope, clarity, and direction. My goal is for you to feel more confident, self-aware, and equipped to navigate life's ups and downs with greater ease and purpose.
