Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I’m Dr. Tara Meskowsky, a licensed clinical psychologist. I am also board certified in neurofeedback and a Qualified Medical Evaluator. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and I strive to create a comfortable, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I tailor therapy to your individual needs, personality, and goals rather than using the same approach with everyone. Together, we will explore what is currently affecting you, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will talk about what brought you to therapy and what you would like support with. This may include stress, time management, relationship challenges, difficult life experiences, emotional concerns, or feeling unsure about your next steps. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before we meet. The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss your goals, and begin creating a plan that feels helpful and manageable.
