I am a board-certified psychiatrist offering personalized care to adults in New York and California. My practice is intentionally small and private, allowing the time and attention each patient deserves.
I trained at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell (Payne Whitney Clinic) and completed additional clinical work at NYU and Bellevue Hospital.
My approach is collaborative and holistic, combining thoughtful evaluation, therapy, and when appropriate, carefully tailored medication.
I work with adults facing depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, or major life transitions, and with those seeking a supportive space for reflection and growth.
In our first session, I’ll take time to understand what’s bringing you in, your background, and what you’d like to change. We’ll talk through your goals, review relevant history, and begin identifying themes or patterns that might be contributing to how you feel. My goal is for you to leave the session with a sense of clarity, direction, and feeling heard.
