Hi there! I’m Tarik, a Queer, BIPOC therapist dedicated to creating a welcoming space for you on your mental health journey. I focus on the cultural and systemic issues affecting marginalized communities, using Compassionate Therapy and Mindfulness techniques to build trust and open communication. My goal is to help you find effective coping strategies and embrace personal growth in a supportive environment. I’m here for you!

My approach to therapy

I’m a friendly harm reduction therapist dedicated to a trauma-informed and client-centered approach. I focus on the unique needs and goals of my clients, using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), elements of Liberation Health Social Work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices. My aim is to create a warm and safe space for healing and growth.
