Great to meet you!

Whether you're navigating something yourself or trying to find the right support for your child, finding a therapist who truly gets your situation makes all the difference. I work with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of concerns: anxiety, grief, burnout, life transitions, trauma, family stress, and the quieter struggle of figuring out who you are and what you want. My background spans community health, school settings, and private practice, which means I've supported people at many different moments in their lives. I have a particular interest in children's emotional development and work with younger clients in ways that match where they are developmentally, helping them express what they're feeling, build coping skills, and make sense of their experiences.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, I'll meet you where you are and help you slow down enough to understand what's actually going on beneath the surface. Whether that means working through grief, managing anxiety and overwhelm, rebuilding after a major transition, or finding steadier footing after a loss, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you. I also work with clients navigating cultural and identity concerns and have experience supporting individuals and families facing a terminal diagnosis or the death of someone close. My goal is to help you develop real insight, strengthen your ability to regulate what you're feeling, and reconnect with your own sense of resilience. The people who tend to do well with me are those looking for a patient, thoughtful space where they feel genuinely heard.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you leave our work together feeling more understood, more empowered, and more connected to yourself. The first session is a chance to slow down, share what's been going on, and start to get a sense of what you're hoping to find in therapy. There's no pressure to have it figured out before we start. If any of this resonates and you're ready to take that first step, I'd love to connect.
