During our first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where we begin getting to know one another. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and the goals you hope to achieve. The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the therapy process and determine whether we are a good fit to work together.
My goal is to help you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace while gaining a better understanding of your unique experiences and needs. Together, we’ll begin developing a plan that aligns with your goals and supports meaningful growth, healing, and improved well-being. There is no pressure to have everything figured out during the first session—it’s simply the beginning of our work together and a chance to start building a trusting therapeutic relationship.
