Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychotherapist with degrees from Sacramento State University and Louisiana State University and over 7 years of clinical experience in the mental health field.

I have supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, personality disorders, substance use concerns, life transitions, and emotional challenges.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and client-centered. I believe healing occurs when people feel genuinely safe, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences without judgment.

Therapy is a vulnerable process, and I deeply value creating a space where clients feel safe enough to show up authentically.

I tailor therapy to the individual because every person’s story, strengths, and needs are unique. My work integrates evidence-based approaches with compassion and authenticity to help clients reconnect with themselves, process difficult experiences, and move toward lasting change.

My goal is to help you build insight, resilience, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of hope, not just for today, but for your future.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space to share what brings them to therapy and what they hope to work toward. We’ll take time to get to know one another, explore your current experiences and goals, and begin identifying the areas where therapy can support meaningful change. Together, we’ll start building a foundation rooted in healing, resilience, clarity, and hope, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
