Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor–Supervisor (LPC-S) with a Doctorate in Professional Counseling and years of experience as both a clinician and an educator. My work is dedicated to helping individuals and couples move beyond the weight of trauma, depression, and anxiety to create healthier, more fulfilling lives and relationships.

I specialize in couples therapy, trauma recovery, and mood-related challenges, providing a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their stories, deepen their self-awareness, and learn tools to create meaningful change. I am an ally to all sexual orientations and gender identities.

My philosophy is grounded in the belief that healing is possible when we learn to navigate both past and present challenges. I strive to help my clients uncover strengths, rewrite unhelpful narratives, and step into their full potential in the present.

Whether you are seeking support as an individual or as a couple, my approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to meet your unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in creating a safe space for exploration and growth. I tailor each session to the unique needs of my clients, helping them uncover strengths, process difficult emotions, and develop practical tools for lasting change. I focus on guiding individuals and couples through past and present traumas so they can build resilience, strengthen relationships, and live more fully in the present.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and your story. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin identifying the areas you’d like to work on. I’ll also share more about my approach so you know what to expect moving forward. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable, heard, and empowered to take the first steps toward change.
