Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have helped people identify their strengths, weaknesses, and work on becoming a better person over the past 12 years. This includes working with people with depression, anxiety, and stress. Also, helping people who have difficulty with substance abuse. I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy and strength-based practices.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Life is all about your story and experiences. However, life can also be challenging. I am here to help overcome those challenges and difficulties. You may fall down, but it is all about how you get up and proceed in life. We'll work on creating an environment where you feel comfortable what brought you to therapy and how to improve on what YOU can do.

What you can expect from our first session

We'll start with an introductory section where you will have the opportunity to share what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can share what you feel vulnerable and secure. Your mental health is significant to your overall health.
