Great to meet you!

I have over 19 years of professional experience in the healthcare field supporting adults, children, and families. I have 5 years of experience as a School Social Worker. This is my first year in private practice. I work with individuals from all phases of life and specifically enjoy supporting children ages 7-12 and young adults 18+. I firmly believe in the power of early intervention to support development of a positive sense of self and hope to help persons to develop life long skills that will support a happy and healthy life.

My approach to therapy

Collaborative. I am here to walk along side you and offer space to hold what is heavy. I work routinely with clients who struggle managing strong emotions, children with attention deficit, and individuals navigating various phases of life.

What you can expect from me

Often the initial session is a review of client history, exploration of goals for therapeutic services, and an introduction to the therapeutic setting, and openly discussing expectations.
