Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming even when things look "okay" on the outside. I work with adults and adolescents who are dealing with everyday stress, anxiety, depression, or past experiences that continue to affect their mood, relationships, or sense of stability.

With over 15 years in mental health settings-including acute and inpatient care-I bring a steady, grounded approach even when things feel intense or confusing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, honest, and practical-focused on helping you feel more grounded and in control. My work is person-centered, solution-focused, and holistic. We will focus on what you want to work on, sessions are collaborative and goal-oriented, we will look at the whole picture-mental, emotional, and lifestyle factors. I'm transparent and straightforward in my style. You can expect honest feedback, clear communication, and practical tools you can use outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. Sessions are a space to:

Talk openly about what's been weighing on you

Understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck

Build coping skills that actually fit your life

The first session is a chance to get grounded, ask questions, and decide together how therapy can best support you.
