Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas, originally from Cypress and a proud Cy-Ranch High School graduate. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Social Work from Stephen F. Austin State University. My clinical background includes hospice care, hospital and medical social work, and crisis intervention, giving me extensive experience supporting clients through acute stress, grief, trauma, and life-altering transitions.

I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, PTSD, complicated grief, adjustment disorders, BPD traits, and major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about helping clients break generational cycles and unlearn patterns that no longer serve them. My approach is direct yet compassionate, integrating evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and somatic practices.

I believe therapy should empower you beyond the session. A core focus of my work is helping clients build the skills, insight, and emotional awareness needed to become their own therapist—learning how to regulate emotions, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and respond to life with greater confidence and flexibility. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where all baggage is welcome and meaningful change feels possible.

If you have questions or would like to learn more about working together, you can reach me at [email protected].

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative journey—one where I walk alongside you as you face life’s challenges. I'm especially passionate about helping individuals navigate transitions, grief, trauma, and the everyday stressors that can feel overwhelming.

My approach is grounded in compassion, empowerment, and practical support. I aim to be a steady, nonjudgmental presence for those who may feel unheard, helping you reconnect with the strength and resilience already within you. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to explore patterns, build insight, and create meaningful change.

Ultimately, my goal is to help you make sense of your story in a way that transforms how you see yourself—so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and peace.

What you can expect from me

Confronting life’s challenges isn’t easy—but you don’t have to face them alone. In our sessions, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can process painful experiences, explore emotions, and begin connecting with your most authentic self.

Clients can expect to walk away with practical tools, emotional insight, and a clearer understanding of themselves. My goal is to help you build lasting skills that support real change—so you feel more confident, grounded, and empowered to be your own best support as life continues to unfold.
