Hi, I’m Taryn, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with a compassionate and holistic approach. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and specialize in supporting individuals facing work stress, life transitions, grief, end-of-life concerns, foster/adoptive issues, anxiety, and depression. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can explore challenges, gain insight, and develop meaningful strategies for growth.

Using a strengths-based perspective, I incorporate evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
