Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but it’s also the first courageous step toward healing and growth. I'm a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals reconnect with their strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and move toward lasting change. With extensive experience supporting clients through various struggles, I bring a grounded and empathetic presence to each session.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with trauma, and I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful tool for processing difficult experiences. I also support clients dealing with grief, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and LGBTQIA+ related concerns. My approach is rooted in a blend of Relational Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR, which allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals. I work with individual adults 18+ and am honored to support each person on their path to authenticity and resilience.

What you can expect from me

I believe that healing happens in connection, and I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and story. My style is warm, collaborative, curious, and solution-focused. Our first session will focus on getting a clients background and establishing therapeutic goals.
