Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

I specialize in helping clients understand the patterns that keep them stuck and learn practical tools to create meaningful change. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I focus on helping you feel understood while also supporting forward movement.

Clients often tell me they appreciate that I am both compassionate and honest - someone who will support you while also helping you grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients recognize how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we work to identify unhelpful patterns, challenge negative thinking, and develop coping strategies that can be used in everyday life.

I also integrate solution-focused, mindfulness-based, interpersonal, and family systems approaches when appropriate. Treatment is always tailored to your goals, values, and lived experience.

Therapy with me is practical, collaborative, and focused on real-life change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space for you to feel heard, understood, and supported. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what is currently feeling most challenging, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

We will begin identifying goals and outlining next steps so you leave with a clearer sense of direction. My goal is for you to walk away feeling more grounded, hopeful, and supported - knowing you do not have to face this alone.
