Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Tasha. I’m so glad you found me!

Life is full of transitions and reaching out for support can feel vulnerable and overwhelming. My goal is to make this first step feel a little easier. I bring a warm, down-to-earth approach to therapy by helping you find practical, meaningful ways to move forward. I partner with individuals, families, and couples who are navigating transitions, relationship shifts, women's issues, seasons of uncertainty, and emotional adjustment. Our sessions will be a safe space to pause, reflect, and regain balance. We won't just talk about what’s hard, but together we'll work toward real change.

With a strong foundation in clinical training and over 16 years of hands-on experience, I integrate evidence-based practices with a compassionate, real-world perspective. My focus is to help my clients develop insight, coping strategies, and confidence they can use beyond the therapy room.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, strengths-based, and solution-oriented. I strive to create a space that feels warm and collaborative—where sessions feel conversational and genuine. Together, we focus on building resilience, improving emotional connection, strengthening communication, creating healthier patterns, and more secure and balanced relationships.

I am trained in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems, and Structural Family Therapy, and I integrate attachment-based, mindfulness-informed, and acceptance-based approaches to support lasting change. I am especially passionate about women’s issues, and relationship challenges, helping clients move forward with greater connection, confidence, and balance.

What you can expect from me

My clients often describe me as approachable, encouraging, and easy to talk to. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are — no pressure, no judgment — and feel supported as you work toward the changes you want in your life. In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, relaxed environment where you feel heard and supported. We’ll spend time getting to know one another, talking through what brings you to therapy, and clarifying what you’re hoping will feel different as a result of our work together. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Many clients leave the first session feeling more grounded, clearer about next steps, and reassured that therapy can be a supportive space for growth, reflection, and meaningful change.
