Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with experience supporting individuals and families through health challenges, grief, caregiving responsibilities, and life transitions. My work has shown me how valuable it is to feel heard and supported, especially when life feels uncertain or overwhelming.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your experiences, culture, and values. I offer space for honest conversations while helping you recognize your strengths, explore your needs, and develop practical ways to move forward. Together, we’ll identify goals that matter to you and work at a pace that feels comfortable while making room for growth.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin with where you are today.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I take time to understand your experiences, the relationships and circumstances that shape your life, and what you hope to change.

Together, we’ll explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building on your strengths. I balance space to process difficult experiences with practical strategies to manage stress, communicate your needs, and navigate challenges. Throughout our work, I welcome your feedback so we can keep therapy focused on what feels meaningful and helpful to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your current concerns, relevant background, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll also discuss confidentiality, what to expect from therapy, and any questions you may have.

You don’t need to prepare a perfect explanation or share everything at once. We’ll move at a pace that allows you to feel comfortable, heard, and respected. By the end of our session, we’ll begin identifying your priorities and discussing how we can work toward your goals together.
