Great to meet you!

I provide a compassionate space for individuals navigating depression, anxiety, major life transitions, and the heavy weight of everyday trials or crises. I believe that while life can feel overwhelming, you don't have to face it alone or without a map. Together, we will focus on practical, solution-oriented strategies that help you move through life's storms and build a more content, peaceful, and meaningful future.

My approach to therapy

It takes courage, bravery, and self determination to begin talking with someone. I provide an environment where people can talk freely, without fear or judgment. Come as you are! We all need help in this life, and it’s my passion to help you live your best golden life! What does it mean to live a golden life? Well, what does it mean to you? That’s where I come in. My desire is to assist you in reaching your fullest potential thru positive self-change. I can assist in defining your “gold” and will create together.

What you can expect from me

In every first session we will hone in on what your dealing with and what you're looking to get out of therapy. Each client is unique and there is no one size fits all so we will make this approach specific to you and ensure you feel comfortable and ready to explore your healing process!
