Great to meet you!

We were told a lie. Go to college, get a job, get married, buy a house, have babies, and you'll be successful. I call BS. Adulthood is much more confusing! None of us were taught how to find affordable places to live when there are none, navigate global disasters/pandemics, how to date/make friends, deal with neurodiversity or mood disorders, self-care in the face of constant existential dread, or deal with a horrifying career climate. We feel lost. The good news is nobody knows what they're doing so we're all in this together: no judging allowed!

My approach to therapy

I specialize in psychodynamic therapy and offer a personalized approach tailored to each person's circumstances by fostering deep insight into each individual's life challenges. I provide a comprehensive range of services, including talk therapy, neurodiverse evaluations and support, mood disorder diagnosis and management, and ongoing therapeutic support.

What you can expect from me

Life is super confusing, especially as an adult. We're all just winging it and there are no real rules. Despite any diagnoses or support needs you may have, my unwavering commitment is to help you really live, not just exist or survive! Contact me for a complimentary consultation, and we'll get you on the path to feeling better!
