Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Dr. Hibbert!

I work with young adults and adults, especially creatives, musicians, and people in high-pressure environments who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, ADHD, burnout, stress, addiction, or major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are trying to figure out what is next, manage self-pressure, build healthier routines, and create a life that feels more balanced and meaningful. Some are also working to strengthen support systems, prevent relapse, and move away from patterns that have been keeping them stuck.

My approach to therapy

Together, we work on coping skills, structure, confidence, work-life balance, healthier habits, and practical tools that support lasting change. I believe in treating the whole person and creating a nonjudgmental space where healing, resilience, and growth can happen.

My approach is compassionate, personalized, and rooted in evidence-based care. I use CBT, trauma-informed care, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients better understand the patterns behind anxiety, impulsivity, stress, addiction, and emotional overwhelm.

What you can expect from me

During your first session with me, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment. This initial meeting is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share what brought you into therapy. My goal is to listen carefully, understand your unique challenges, and begin to build trust. We will discuss your concerns, whether they are related to mental health, substance use, or both, and explore your goals for therapy. I'll ask questions to understand your background, experiences, and current struggles, helping us start to identify patterns and areas for focus. I'll make sure to answer any questions you have and ensure you feel safe and supported throughout the session. Ultimately, the first session is about laying a strong foundation for our work together, so you can feel confident and empowered as we move forward in your healing journey.
