Hello! I'm so glad you have made it this far! I have been in the mental health field for over 15 years and have been licensed for almost 10 years. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Addiction Specialist. Im also trained in EMDR. I have my Social Work Masters and Bachelors degree from San Diego State University. I have worked within many different diverse populations and feel that my background will bring a more open and non-judgmental view.

I specialize in anxiety, substance use and grief. I feel I'm a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapist who can help support you where you are.

My approach to anxiety is to address negative self-talk, thinking patterns, and increase coping skills.

Grief can be many different things, loss of life, divorce, life transitions, etc. and I feel I can help you move forward when you're ready.

Lastly, I'm a Certified Addiction Specialist and provide non-judgmental support.

I feel that building rapport is key to the foundation of counseling. My hope is that we build a therapeutic relationship of trust and mutual respect of one another. I hope that every session you leave feeling heard and armored with more hope than you did when first beginning the session.
