Great to meet you!

I bring a direct, empowering, and affirming style to therapy. Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to talk to. I offer clear guidance while creating a space where you can explore what’s been weighing on you without judgment. My strengths include helping people feel safe, understood, and capable as they navigate trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person‐centered and trauma‐informed, shaped by more than 11 years of supporting adults through complex life experiences. I believe therapy works best when you feel respected, understood, and not rushed. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build supportive skills, and work through what feels heavy at a pace that aligns with your goals, values, and capacity. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and also draw from CBT and DBT‐informed skills to support healing and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will be a gentle, structured conversation where we explore the biological, psychological, and social pieces of your story at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You don’t need to prepare anything — we’ll simply talk about what’s been going on in your life, what you’ve been carrying, and what support looks like for you right now. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your history, strengths, and current stressors, and you’re always in control of what you choose to share.
