Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting adults as they navigate identity, relationships, and life transitions, as well as children, teens, families, and adults dealing with stress, anxiety, emotional challenges, substance use concerns, and life changes.

My approach is culturally responsive, affirming, and warm, and I tailor treatment to meet each person where they are. I also incorporate clients’ faith and spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process when desired, as part of a holistic approach to care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each person’s unique story. I believe you are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you as a partner in your healing and growth. In our work together, I strive to create a safe, respectful space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I also gently challenge patterns when helpful and focus on building practical tools that support real-life change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I take time to get to know you, your story, and what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll talk through what you’re hoping to gain from our work together and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. My priority is to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. From there, we’ll collaborate on a plan that supports your growth, healing, and day-to-day functioning moving forward.
