Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping adolescents (13+), adults, and older adults navigate life's challenges with compassion and confidence. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I strive to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. I specialize in working with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and stress. My goal is to empower each client to build resilience, discover their strengths, and move toward lasting emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, individualized, and centered around the whole person. My approach is holistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges. I meet each client where they are and tailor treatment to their unique goals, values, and experiences.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you and understanding what has brought you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals while creating a plan that feels meaningful and achievable for you. I aim to provide a welcoming, supportive environment where you can share at your own pace without fear of judgment. My hope is that you'll leave our first session feeling heard, encouraged, and confident that you don't have to navigate your journey alone.
