Great to meet you!

I am committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming, and affirming environment where people from all backgrounds, cultures, identities, and life experiences feel respected and supported. My goal is to provide a safe place where you can be yourself, explore challenges openly, and discover your strengths. Together, we'll focus on meaningful growth, practical strategies, and helping you thrive on your own terms.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, empowering, affirming, and solution-focused. I provide a safe place where individuals, families, and groups can explore life's challenges without fear of judgment. I believe every person has unique strengths, and I work collaboratively to help identify practical solutions, build resilience, and foster healing. My approach is trauma-informed and tailored to each person's needs, values, and goals. I have experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, PTSD, grief, childhood trauma, domestic violence, community violence, religious trauma, adoption and attachment concerns, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also incorporate play therapy techniques when working with children.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting relationship. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what's most important to you, and what you hope to gain from the process. I'll listen with compassion, answer any questions you have, and work with you to identify goals and develop a plan that fits your unique needs. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and encouraged about the path ahead.
