Great to meet you!

Healing is possible, even when anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or substance use have made life feel heavy, chaotic, or hard to manage. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with experience in behavioral health since 2019. I work with individuals who may be struggling with emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, relapse, cravings, trauma responses, mood changes, life transitions, or difficulty coping with everyday stress. My clinical practice is rooted in a strengths-based perspective, which means I help clients recognize and build on the resilience, insight, and abilities they already have rather than focusing only on problems. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can feel understood, regain confidence, and begin creating meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients move from survival mode toward stability, healing, and growth. I incorporate motivational interviewing, talk therapy, and evidence-based strategies to support individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, emotional distress, low motivation, self-doubt, and life stressors. Together, we work to identify triggers, understand patterns, strengthen coping skills, and improve emotional regulation. I help clients build resilience, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of responding to difficult thoughts, feelings, and situations. Whether you are navigating trauma, addiction recovery, stress, or relationship challenges, therapy is tailored to your needs and focused on real-life progress.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where they feel heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning. In the first session, we will talk about what brought you to therapy, whether that includes anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, substance use concerns, or feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns. Together, we will begin identifying your goals, discussing your strengths, and exploring what tools or support may be most helpful for you. My aim is for you to leave the first session with greater clarity, a sense of hope, and a better understanding of how therapy can help you manage distress, improve mood, strengthen coping skills, and move toward lasting positive change.
