Hi! My name is Taz and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my Masters in Social Work in 2018, worked as a primary therapist and Clinical Director at an addiction treatment center, and am now in private practice. I specialize in working with people struggling with addiction, eating disorders, and trauma.
I have a collaborative style - I assume my client is the expert on the most important subject: themself! I then use my training and experience to help them figure out how they can move through their stuck points and improve their lives. I utilize ACT, CBT, and DBT and I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I can help you resolve trauma in 1-3 sessions, and have a proven track record of success working with clients with addiction and eating disorders.
My clients can expect to feel at ease, accepted, and like they are the most interesting person in the world - because it's true! I love learning everything I can about my clients, helping them figure out where their stuck points are in order to resolve them, and guiding them towards the person they want to be.
