Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Georgia with over 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping teens/adults with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem, conflict resolution and confidence. I also have experience working with depression. I previously worked in family and children services in foster care and adoptions.

My approach to therapy

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I believe that you are the author of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I believe that it takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to help you and empower you to be the best that you can be!

What you can expect from me

I encourage my clients to step outside of their comfort zone or taking that next step that they've always wanted to take, but just needed that extra push to make it through. My clients will leave sessions feeling heard and empowered.
