As a Licensed Clinical Social worker, my priority is to support you in achieving the life that you deserve. Since obtaining my masters in social work, I have had the pleasure to work with mothers and children, senior citizens, and adults. At this time my focus is to support women age 30+ who are experiencing anxiety and depression. I am driven to guide my clients to self fulfillment and wellness.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief and childhood traumas. We will explore your symptoms by analyzing your life experiences and stressors. You will learn to manage and cope with feelings that cause dysregulation. In therapy, I use techniques such as psychoeducation, CBT, and support therapy. In this space you will experience safety, freedom, and peace. You will be able to openly communicate your thoughts and needs as we work together.

We will begin with an introductory session, where I will have the opportunity to learn more about you. Throughout treatment, my priority is to create a secure and warm environment where you will gain an increased sense of self . With our partnership, you will gain an understanding that will support in coping with symptoms.
