Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate, grounded therapist who is passionate about helping people move through life’s toughest moments with the support of evidence-based tools and a real, human connection. I bring years of experience from a community mental health settings, where I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges. I am not afraid to dive into the hard work of healing—and I’m deeply committed to walking alongside clients as they do the same.

As an LCSW, I offer both clinical expertise and a deep respect for my clients’ lived experiences. I believe in meeting people where they are, while also encouraging growth, accountability, and self-compassion.

I work best with clients who are ready to show up and engage in the process, even if they’re scared or unsure. I don’t expect perfection but just a willingness to try. I understand that therapy isn’t always easy, but it can be powerful, rewarding, and even enjoyable when both therapist and client are in it together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and rooted in empathy. I tailor treatment to each client’s needs, drawing from a range of evidence-based practices including, but not limited to, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Supportive Therapy. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to begin, I work to meet you where you are, while gently guiding you toward growth and change.

I believe that therapy works best when it balances insight with action. We’ll explore what’s beneath the surface—your emotions, patterns, and beliefs—while also building concrete skills to help you cope, regulate, and move forward in daily life. My goal is to create a space that’s nonjudgmental, encouraging, and real—a place where you feel supported in doing the work, even when it’s hard.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with practical tools, greater self-awareness, and a sense of being truly heard and supported. I aim to help you build skills you can use in real life—whether it’s managing emotions, communicating more effectively, setting boundaries, or coping with stress in healthier ways.
