I currently have my LMHC, as well as a Master CASAC.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Focusing on a person's strengths helps empower them/build self esteem. Changing intrusive thoughts with positive thinking helps deal with feelings of depression & anxiety. Living in the moment will help a person remain grounded & balanced. These are just a few examples of therapeutic approaches that will be utilized in our therapy sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

Many times we don’t realize that It takes a village to deal with mental health. By working together, we can work towards the attainment of your mental and emotional wellness. Taking care of our mind is just as important as taking care of our body.
