Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Tatiana! I am a first generation therapist (introvert and avid reader) in practice for the last 4 years working in nonprofit and private practice settings. I work with clients struggling with uncertainty and aim to help clients navigate emotions, relationships, and life changes through a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence based approach.

My approach to therapy

I’m passionate about supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, life transitions, relationship struggles and grief. I bring a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed lens to my work and hold an awareness of how broader societal systems influence impact our daily lives.

What you can expect from me

There are no expectations or judgments, but just a place to find safety, reflection, and space to build a life you are excited to live. My goal is to build agency in my client's life and to increase joy in the day to day. If my approach sounds like it could be a good fit please reach out!
