Great to meet you!

I have been a psychotherapist for the last 13 years and have worked with all different types of people. I enjoy helping individuals discover how to succeed as they use their life experiences to become better versions of themselves. My treatment style is eclectic; therapy is not a one size fits all service!

A bit about my approach to therapy
